   Second Baptist School (SBS) Executive Leadership Team member.Director of School Operations for SBS\'s Christian schools: SBS Woodway, as well as 5 classical, University Model (SBSUM) campuses, serving more than 2,200 students.Executive leadership responsibilities: SBS lead representative interacting with Second Baptist Church (SBC) Facilities Team on 6 campuses, leadership of the SBS Technology team during 2 school years, and SBS Executive Team representative for the Early Childhood Program on 6 campuses. Collaborated with SBS Leadership and SBC Facilities to design and finalize an updated Admissions office suite delivered in February 2024. Since January 2024 I have worked closely with the SBS Academic/SBC Facilities teams to develop, design, and execute on two state of the art learning spaces to be delivered in Fall 2024: a library dedicated to K-6, and new Upper School science labs,Maker Space, Schools of Distinction and Entrepreneurship, and updated 7-12 learning commons.In collaboration with SBSUM Leaders, SBC campus staff, and other operational teams I assisted logistically in opening 2 new classical, Christian University Model schools in Fall 2023 at SBC campuses.Served as a member of the Project Team for the new Children\'s Building, dedicated August 26, 2023. Primary responsibilities included cascading communication across multiple school departments to meet complex deadlines, and serving on a Transition Team to coordinate aspects of the packing, staging, and moving of grades PreK3 through 4th grade into this sq. ft. modern educational space. Provided leadership on the Project Team that renovated 5th grade classrooms, as well as spaces for the Early Childhood Program, Student Support Services and the SBS Office of Advancement. A primary purpose of this team was to design, renovate and logistically relocate all Lower and Middle School Activity classes in one central and updated location, while delivering on time for students and teachers.
