   Oversee/Manage all company’s operations in Freestone, Leon, Limestone Counties – 175+ wells • Monitor producing wells in various formations such as the Cotton Valley Lime / Bossier Sand / Upper & Lower Cotton Valley Sand / Travis Peak / Pettit • Identify, evaluate and execute workover projects to increase production with existing wellbores • Design downhole tubing configurations to minimize liquid loading, salt, and scale problems with multiple producing formations with intervals up to from top to bottom perforation• Implement new technology for artificial lift increasing production • Evaluate and administer cost cutting on lease by lease basisField wide study assessing the economics of a horizontal Bossier Sand program • Evaluate the limited data set of horizontal wells drilled in Freestone County and all offset vertical wells completed in the Bossier Sand formation to determine the ideal completion design• Compare EUR results between slickwater and gel completions while taking into account net pay• Determine and recommend the optimal economic completion technique for the Bossier Sand Assist in company’s East TX Cotton Valley completion program • Engineer on location working with the frac company directing any changes to the pump schedule • Utilize various types of completion tools from sliding sleeves, plug & perf, to dissolvable plug • Assist in round table discussions to plan, mitigate and solve completion problems due to casing issues
