ABOUT CHRIS SMITH
A business consultant with 30 years’ experience across all aspects of the project lifecycle. Whilst I have spent most time as a functional consultant and team lead, I have also managed smaller projects, test programs and cutover phases, and worked as a solution architect, implementation manager and in change management. The industry sectors include defence, aerospace, high-tech, engineering, electronics, manufacturing, mining, steel, chemicals, packaging, transport and public sector amongst others.Over the years I have used a variety of methodologies from proprietary through ASAP to Agile and Activate. The last few projects have allowed me to build up experience of S/4 HANA and Fiori.
