As the Vice President of Compliance at Glass Lewis, I am at the forefront of shaping and maintaining our global compliance framework, ensuring it aligns seamlessly with our long-term strategy and objectives. Reporting directly to the Chief Legal Officer and collaborating closely with the the Executive Team, I provide strategic oversight to the compliance team, fostering a culture of ethics and integrity across all departments.Dynamic and multifaceted, my role involves the facilitation of the Glass Lewis Compliance Committee and Risk Committee, participation in the AI Committee, leading both internal and external compliance audits, and overseeing our Business Continuity Plan program. I oversee comprehensive company-wide compliance risk assessments, develop remediation plans, and work hand-in-hand with our Technology team to craft and audit a robust security strategy. Working closely with our clients I\'ve created a responsive, thorough and customer-centric approach to the due diligence process and maintain strong relationships with our business, executive, and sourcing partners.Having built Glass Lewis\' compliance program from the ground up, I take pride in the robust framework we have established and its continued evolution.
