ABOUT CHRIS SMITH
I have worked in Machine Tools all my career from a young apprentice doing City and Guilds then on to shop floor fitting assembling and building Lathes and Milling M/Cs, moving in to Service and Installation and then on to Sales where I have worked with some top products from High Spec Grinding and finishing M/Cs to CNC Turning and Machining, Hahn & Kolb, Voumard, Tschudin, XYZ and 600 Group (Colchester/Harrison)+ Romi. I have also worked for the MTA-Manufacturing Technologies Association who represent and support their members in the Industry, having spent an enjoyable time working with TDT Technologies who have some great products I have returned to where I began my career in Machine Tools, Colchester Machine Tool Solutions supply Colchester & Harrison Lathes and now a wide range of Workshop Machines from Clausing, Saws, Surface Grinders, Mills, Drills, We now offer Storm VMC’S & Typhoon Turning Centres the Range replaces the popular Tornado M/Cs in an exciting new development for the company from our new modern premises in Elland, West Yorkshire.
