Product support specialist for SMT GB, who are the UK Volvo Construction Equipment dealer, this role involves full coverage our northern region, a large territory from Nottinghamshire up to and including all of Scotland along with full East/West coverage and into North Wales. I support a range of Compact Utility equipment ranging from 1.5t to 9t excavators and compact loading shovels, along with the newest range of compact fully electrical machines.Providing direct dealer support to SMT Network and development to a sub network of five utility equipment dealers.A very comprehensive role within the business both technically and business astute to ensure both customer service and customer relationships are maintained in line with business needs.Overall, to be the product knowledge expert to support a complex network of aftersales support both internally and externally to the business.
