ABOUT CHRIS SILVER
Sport and Exercise Psychologist in Training (SEPiT)- Former Professional Long Distance TriathleteI represented Wales at the Commonwealth Games in 2018, before moving up to long distance triathlon. Since then I have achieved multiple top 10\'s in Ironman 70.3 distance pro racing. I have over 10 years experience working across a variety of mental health settings, including work as an Assistant Psychologist and Research Assistant. I have a BSc in Psychology, MRes in Clinical Psychology and an MSc Sport Psychology I am currently working as a Trainee Sport Psychologist for Newport County FC Academy where I deliver workshops (on topics including performance anxiety, perfectionism, resilience, mental health and attentional control) and 1:1 wellbeing sessions
