The Mechanical Integrity Manager is responsible for the reliability of Petro Star family of company’s fixedequipment assets.DUTIES1. Supervise and develop inspection personnel and provide direction and oversight for third party inspections when company resources are unavailable. Manage the Refinery and Logistics assets Mechanical Integrity Program.3. Ensure that inspections of piping, pressure vessels, and tanks are completed in accordance with Company policies and/or jurisdictional; investigate problems; report findings and prepare recommendations for safe, continued service. Work with management on appropriate staffing of in house and contractor inspection services. Ensure assigned resources understand project scope, objectives, responsibilities, and Company requirements.5. Work with management to develop a schedule for inspection work, ensure regulatory compliance, communicate requirements and risk associated. Facilitate meetings with contractors and stakeholders on schedule/planning for inspections and turnarounds.6. Administer and actively participate in the Petro Star MOC program, maintain the PCMS database, and update equipment files and line lists.7. Manage the Cathodic Protection, Underground Storage Tank, car seal and State of Alaska pressure vessel inspection programs and make recommendations for safe continued service.8. Support projects new construction and/or upgrades/modifications to ensure they are designed, constructed, and executed to regulatory regulations, industry standards, and Company requirements.9. Provide in-field support for inspections and training as needed.10. Develop plans to improve the Mechanical Integrity Program to maintain consistent assessment practices and to provide comprehensive reporting to leadership.11. Prepare annual operating and capital budgets and schedule for training, inspections, certification renewals, repairs/replacements, and turnaround activities to maximize efficiency and compliance efforts.
