Analyze Call Center data to better forecast workforce required to support customer call volumes. Dive into and track data generated through ExpertConnect to better benchmark progress and success-Managing day-to-day operations, scheduling, and travel for my team. Additional Responsibilities on C&B Material Handling-Set up and launch fleet monitoring telematics system to give customers better insights to how their employees interact with their machines-Support customers utilizing these machine monitoring systems over-the-phone and troubleshoot any issues they may be experiencing-Provide insights on improvements that could greatly benefit our customers-Ensure positive customer experiences
