I\'ve spent my career at the intersection of clinical practice and product innovation in radiation oncology, a space where the stakes are high and the technology is constantly evolving. I started on the clinical side as a dosimetrist and radiation therapist, which gave me a ground-level understanding of how these tools actually get used in treatment, and it\'s a perspective I\'ve never stopped drawing on. That foundation has shaped everything I\'ve done since, spanning product management, R&D, sales, technical support, and clinical education. What I enjoy most is working where things are being built. I\'ve done time at established market leaders and scrappy startups alike, and there\'s something I love about the startup environment: the speed, the resourcefulness, the direct line between your work and the outcome.
