If it makes sense. The last 10 years my concentration has been on Conventional Owner/User Commercial Real Estate, C&I, SBA 7(a), SBA (504) and well versed in The Cares Act, managing all things Paycheck Protection Program, RRF, Shuttered Venue programs.Currently working directly with The Office of Capital Access for the Small Business Administration (Fresno Commercial Loan Servicing Center - Remote) directly reporting to the Deputy Director on a multitude of complex projects, liaison between the Agency, our District Offices, and Delegated Lenders. Involved with IT on creating/testing our Dynamics Platform (CRM), which allows me to obtain ODA/OCA information. Working directly with our internal HQ IT team to assist in creating a streamlined process to manage all correspondence, whether Congressional or other. Considered a subject matter expert, I strive to always follow-up and follow through on issues, working with OCRM, researching, and working with banks and borrowers.
