As an experienced Director in PwC’s Digital Assurance and Transparency Practice I bring over 16 years of experience in delivering assurance and advisory services across diverse risk focus areas. My expertise encompasses internal control transformation, SOX readiness and compliance, issue remediation, system modernization, information technology, data governance, artificial intelligence (AI/GenAI), and cybersecurity. I am passionate about helping clients rethink risk, make informed business decisions, and drive transformative change. My unique hybrid skill set allows me to bridge the gap between technology and business processes, enabling me to assist clients in effectively evaluating their technology and business cycles. I specialize in identifying risks and developing tailored risk mitigation strategies that align with their organizational goals. Currently, I lead several of PwC’s largest US account teams, leveraging my extensive experience in managing global teams through complex environments and transactions. I have also served as an internal audit, risk, and SOX/compliance leader and advisor for a wide variety of clients ranging in size from private (pre-IPO) companies to some of PwC’s largest global clients. My roles often involve auditing and advising clients on systems and process transformations, control evaluation and enhancement, along with understanding and evaluating complex data flows and processes.
