Real Estate. My working passion. I\'m lucky to have found a sector that I enjoy. Investing in single family homes and 2-4 unit properties is our niche. I’m also a commercial appraiser for King County and a licensed broker. I\'m happy to network and talk shop when time allows. Fridays are best. Family. The most important aspect of my life. I\'m married to a wonderful and brilliant woman and my son is a blast and challenges me in fun and exciting ways each day.Seattle. I\'m proud to call it home and feel fortunate to live in such a gorgeous and dynamic city. Leisure. Sounders FC, Seahawks and Huskies. Indoor soccer, Orange Theory workouts, running, hiking, snowboarding, waterskiing, racquetball, tennis and the occasional excursion away from home. Relaxing with the family over a good dinner or board game and having some good laughs is bliss.

Responsbile for valuing $4B of real and personal property in Seattle on an annual basis. Currently the geographic appraiser for properties in Queen Anne, Interbay, Magnolia and Fremont. Responsible for valuing the 500+ floating homes in Seattle. Prior hotel appraiser responsible for the valuation of the 350+ lodging properties throughout King County.
