Listening & Engagement is an important part of every day life; from how we understand each other and learning to embrace our differences, to how we speak to our colleague population and bring them on the journey. It\'s important that we\'re able to bring our teams on the journey with us, ensuring that we understand them and communicate in the right way. I\'ve been very fortunate to have been with Boots for over 20 years, and now working for Bakkavor to help shape their engagement agenda. I\'m proud to lead the work in such a special role that involves leading our listening & engagement work, and help build an inclusive workplace. All this alongside my ongoing development & passion for Leadership and Internal Comms. It\'s fantastic to work in a pacey, ever-changing work environment and no day is the same.
