As co-founder, I am a member of the team that formed Fathom out of the University of Bristol hydrology group in 2013. Our mission is to create the most detailed, accurate and comprehensive flood risk data globally, data which today are being used by numerous groups worldwide to transform physical and financial risk assessment, planning decisions, emergency preparedness and disaster response. As CTO, I lead our research and model development team. Due to our significant focus on peer-reviewed research as a means of validation and thought leadership, I also continue to play an active role in the academic sphere with over citations as of 2023.\\\\n\\\\nAs one of the company co-founders and directors, I serve on the company board and play a central role in defining and implementing our business development strategy.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
