As the Product Manager for Integrations, I lead the strategy and execution of innovative solutions that connect our products with third-party, first-party, and tactical integrations which have a multi-million-dollar influence on our pipeline. Key aspects of my work include: Spearheading organization-wide efforts to enhance integration workflows and secure our software development lifecycle, ensuring seamless alignment between external and internal stakeholders across multiple departments. Developing and refining standardized processes, including integration research and backlog management in order to improve efficiency, transparency, and execution. Engaging with partners, customers and internal teams to prioritize integration initiatives that support strategic business goals. Taking ownership of process improvements, introducing frameworks like DACI to clarify responsibilities and streamline project execution. Leading complex integration projects with external partners, coordinating technical resources and leveraging API standards to deliver high-quality outcomes. Building technical expertise and advocating for scalable approaches in order to reduce complexity and technical debt as well as enhance long-term efficiency.
