About Chris Sabbatino
Director of Security at GardaWorld Security Services. I oversee a large portfolio, totaling hours per week, encompassing 3 Class \"A\" Office Buildings and another large building in NYC\'s outer boroughs. Prior to this account, I was responsible for a national account, which spanned 11 sites in 9 cities across the country. Throughout my time with GardaWorld I have been tasked with nearly every role and aspect of successful security programs, including physical security, guard services, training, mentoring, access control, executive protection and event security, to name a few.I\'m also a former NYPD Lieutenant with more than 26 years experience. For over 2 years, I was charged with leading the NYPD Shield Program, designated as the NYPD’s lead liaison to the private-public sector on matters of counterterrorism. Responsible for developing and implementing all of the program’s information sharing platforms that include training, e-mail alert system, conferences, intelligence assessments and providing guidance on emergency preparedness through the facilitation of table top exercises and live emergency drills. A demonstrated history of working in the law enforcement industry. Strong law enforcement and protective services professional with a Master\'s Degree focused in Public Administration, Advanced Management and Finance from Columbia University\'s, School of International and Public Affairs.
