At an early age, my mom instilled in me - do whatever I do well. She would often complain about how things she purchased would break or not work the way they should. This is what led me to be a great software tester when the opportunity presented itself. Having tested and built software, I always cared that it worked correctly and met or exceeded the requirements of the end user. My most exciting project was collaborating with development, QA, and UI/UX to build the tablet-friendly version of our software. I really enjoyed using Adobe XD to build the panels that would eventually become the actual product for the end user. I have been a Product Manager/Owner with experience in all aspects of the software development lifecycle including quality assurance with a unique combination of testing and customer service experience.
