I have been consulting to and running peer groups for progressive, growth-oriented MSPs since co-founding Growth Achievement Partners (GAP) in 2010. GAPs client group has been awarded and consistently produced among the highest growth, adoption, and retention numbers in the industry. Contributing to that success has been the emphasis GAP has put on coaching, developing, and creating tools & strategies for ensuring that vCIO’s turn into trusted advisors that deliver value for both the client and the MSP alike. In November of 2023, I co-founded vCIO University to support the growing demand for MSP vCIO and Account Management professional development. vCIO-U is a next-generation educational and on-going training, mentoring, and peer program designed for vCIO’s, Account Managers, and MSP executives of all experience levels in support of this critical and transformational area for MSPs.Prior to 2010 I spent 10 years at IKON Office Solutions / Ricoh, where for 8 years I was fortunate to led a highly successful, well-integrated Professional Services team which included sales specialists, systems engineers, business process consultants, and project management. During that time, we grew the business from to over $16M in annual revenue.
