As a Human Resources Business Partner at Gifthealth, I serve as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to leaders across the organization. My role is to bridge people strategy with business needs—ensuring that HR initiatives not only support but also drive organizational growth and success.In this role, I collaborate with executives and department leaders to design and deliver HR solutions that align with business objectives. I guide employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and compliance. I also develop and implement policies, systems, and programs that improve efficiency, clarity, and employee experience.I partner closely on organizational change initiatives such as new technology adoption, workforce planning, and cultural transformation. I also champion employee engagement and retention strategies that strengthen morale and promote an inclusive, high-performing workplace.At Gifthealth, I take pride in being both a problem-solver and a people-advocate—working to create an environment where employees feel supported, leadership feels empowered, and the organization is positioned for long-term success.My work is grounded in more than 12 years of HR leadership experience, complemented by SHRM-CP certification, as well as specialized expertise as a Certified Peer Specialist and Notary Public.
