I have been fortunate enough to spend my career working and gaining knowledge in the technology, healthcare, professional services, and insurance sectors, and my passion is for helping to grow businesses and increase profitability. Some key accomplishments- I have directed several Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) throughout my career, from identification / targeting to negotiation to contracting to integration- I built a Finance organization from an underperforming unit of 20 people to a top performing unit of 41 people during a period of aggressive growth in the company- I have successfully implemented multiple ERP systems- I led the initiative at AXA Assistance to create and launch the first global telemedicine program (ie doctor appointments with live physicians on your tablet from the other side of the world) offered in the USA- I have secured equity and debt financing everywhere my career has taken me. One of the key roles of a great CFO is to turn dreams into reality. A favorite quote from Robert Herjavec that I remind my team often is that “A goal without a timeline is just a dream.”
