I am Counsel in the Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice of Mayer Brown’s London office. I advise on disputes, investigations, compliance and sanctions matters across sectors, including the regulated sector.This includes High Court litigation; anti-bribery and anti-corruption (ABC); anti-money laundering (AML); civil fraud; whistleblowing; and sanctions.I am particularly interested in embedding learning from disputes and investigations in an organisation as part of a broader Risk and Compliance framework.I regularly manage teams in cross border disputes and investigations, as well as broader compliance matters. This has included acting for corporate clients in the High Court and on cross-border criminal investigations conducted by the UK Serious Fraud Office and the US Department of Justice. This has involved advising clients on policies and procedures including as part of transactions.My disputes practice involves claims of breach of contract, negligence and warranty claims, as well as advising on cybersecurity incidents.I have experience of speaking on panels and at events, including at the Cambridge Crime Symposium.
