I also frequently defend clients in U.S. Department of Labor investigations and enforcement actions. My clients include The Boeing Company, El Paso Corporation; Northwest Airlines, Inc; Financial Engines; The Home Depot; and General Motors Corporation. I have an expertise in company stock actions, 401(k) fee litigation; ESOP claims and defined benefit claims, especially involving cash balance plans.
