Work with senior finance professionals and businesses across Yorkshire to help match the right people with the right opportunities• Support on the full recruitment process from start to finish - understanding what clients need, finding and approaching the right candidates, and guiding both sides through to a successful hire• Focus mainly on senior finance roles (£85k–£150k), including Finance Directors, Financial Controllers, and CFOs• Keep in close contact with clients and candidates throughout the process, making sure communication is clear, honest, and helpful• Offer advice on market trends, salaries, and hiring challenges within the regional finance space• Build long-term relationships rather than one-off placements• Stay up to date with what’s happening in the senior finance market so I can share useful insights and spot opportunities early
