ABOUT CHRIS RICHARDS
From an engineering consultancy background, I now run an Architectural and Structural design practice based in Durham, operating nationwide. We are an experienced team of Architects, Technologists and Engineers. We’ve won a number of design and employer awards, and continue to grow rapidly. We help property developers and homeowners gain planning approval, prepare building control and construction submissions, and provide structural designs for their projects across the country. We primarily work for the end client, but we also provide ‘white-label’ services to other design practices.
