As Head of Group Risk, I lead a high-performing team responsible for managing a portfolio of Group Risk benefits. My role focuses on driving business growth, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and developing strategic initiatives that deliver exceptional outcomes for our corporate clients.Key Accountabilities:Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of consultants to deliver tailored advice and solutions across Group Life Assurance, Income Protection, Critical Illness, and other Group Risk benefits.Strategic Growth: Develop and execute the Group Risk team’s strategy, driving both client retention and new business opportunities.Client & Provider Relationships: Build strong relationships with clients and industry providers, ensuring high-quality service delivery and fostering long-term partnerships.Financial Management: Oversee the Group Risk budget, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and driving revenue growth.Innovation & Development: Identify emerging trends and develop innovative solutions that meet evolving client needs while supporting business objectives.Industry Leadership: Represent the company at industry events, driving thought leadership and enhancing our presence in the Employee Benefits sector.
