Leading Amplify\'s Growth product area. My primary responsibilities are generating sufficient lead volume, building and improving lead tracking pipelines, improving lead quality by creating customer-facing content and tools for leads to learn about our products, and speeding up our delivery time for leads via automating core interactions in our pipeline for both customers and internal operations members. Notable outcomes of my work so far include:* Delivering new educational experiences on our website including a redesigned homepage, a guide to help users understand life insurance and the benefits of Universal Life insurance, and a calculator to help users understand their coverage need and best product fit.* Drove a 3X increase in the conversion rate of our digital applicants by building a better experience for collecting banking information.* Worked with our marketing team to implement enhanced conversion tracking methods across our paid channels.
