About Chris Pruett

I am running 2nd and 3rd party game development and publishing for Meta.I designed and operated Meta Quest\'s content ecosystem, building it from zero to a $2B+ application platform in five years. I ran 3rd party content for games and apps, wrote much of the Quest content strategy, and grew Oculus Publishing into one of the largest game publishers in the world. I designed App Lab and my teams ran its end-to-end operation, from app review to content policy to promotion.I co-founded Robot Invader, where I wrote code, designed games, and generally made asinine comments to anyone within earshot throughout the day. Wind-up Knight, Rise of the Blobs, Dead Secret, etc.At Google I worked with game developers to bring awesome games to Android Market. I helped launch the first Android devices in Japan. I wrote Replica Island, an open-source side scroller game for Android. Before that, I wrote code for Lively.Prior to Google, I wrote code for a bunch of console games. Spider-Man, Spongebob, Crash Bandicoot, Finding Nemo, etc.I am an expert on horror games.
