I’m a Civil Engineering leader who believes the strongest projects – and the strongest teams – are built on trust, clarity, and a shared sense of purpose.Over my career, I’ve built and led high‑performing teams by rallying people around a shared vision, giving them the space to do meaningful work, and supporting them when complexity shows up. Because it always does.I’m particularly passionate about bridging the gap between design and construction. Too many projects struggle not because of bad intent, but because real‑world challenges weren’t fully considered early enough. Questions like: How will this actually be built? Where does the crane go? What does this approval mean once we’re in the ground? Those details matter. Today, I’m focused on building a high‑performing Civil Engineering team in Western Canada, bringing together people who understand the market, value collaboration, and are energized by helping others succeed. I’m especially drawn to professionals who thrive in dynamic environments, think beyond rigid structures, and want to build something bigger than themselves.
