ABOUT CHRIS POLO

I was a manager for the Vector Marketing Bay Area Division from 20••••23. When I started as a sales representative with the company, I was taking a break from school because I wasn\'t sure what I wanted to do with my career, and I decided I\'d be better off taking time to figure out what my path would be. However, I was fully invested in this position because I realized I was in a position to learn and master valuable skills that cannot be taught by simply sitting in a classroom.As a manager, my mission was to help people grow and discover their full potential beyond their work lives by pulling them out of their comfort zones. I am a passionate leader working to positively influence as many lives as possible. For years, I was blessed to be led by people who believed in me and coached me toward discovering my confidence and realizing what I was truly capable of. Ever since that discovery, I\'ve made it my mission to pass this same opportunity for growth on to others. Along with sales management I run a customer service team with the Anthem Community Council with the goal of passing along the skills I have learned onto our community\'s youth. I assist graduating high school seniors on staff in creating their LinkedIn profiles and building their resumes to set them up for success at an early stage as they move on to bigger things. I love being able to learn from all walks of life and business. I greatly enjoy working with others and bringing together a winning team since I am a leader. I\'m still fully invested in any opportunity to learn from others and pass along any knowledge I can gain to others as well. My goal is to reach a point where I\'m able to live a fruitful life where I can provide for the ones I love and build life-long connections everywhere I go. I am interested in any opportunities in sales, leadership, and the sports industry. I am also interested in becoming a high school counselor to assist in setting up the youth for success.
