Chris is responsible for all legal and risk & compliance issues in Sedgwick\'s businesses outside the Americas. He is a member of the International Management Group of Sedgwick and is also a Director of a number of companies in the region. Both the Legal and Risk & Compliance departments of the International businesses report to Chris.Sedgwick is a leading global provider of technology-enabled risk, benefits and integrated business solutions, especially in the insurance, claims management and financial services sectors.As General Counsel Chris has broad experience of leading large multinational and multi-disciplined teams and has run numerous projects and transactions, including the establishment of legal panels, the refresh of Sedgwick\'s Alliance network and the delivery of acquisitions in the UK, Europe, Australia, New Zealand and Asia.Chris sits on the global ESG Committee and is also a member of the global DEI Advisory Board.
