Inside PCS to review, approve, or reject estimates situated in the XA queue. Current workflow has the Inside PCS reviewing estimates from $500, up to In some instances Reviews of estimates, up to may be required (I.E. Full Service Estimates). Field PCS looks at estimates over $50K. If Inside PCS sees issues with the estimate, PCS can request a field PCS complete a reinspection. Complete estimate reviews on average within 48 hours of being assigned as reviewer. Also applies to revised \"Reviewed with Exceptions\" estimates that were previously reviewed. Complete, on average, 10-15 estimate reviews per day. Control building loss indemnity through intuitive review of contractor estimates. Communicate with the vendor on a regular basis, and support fair and competitive settlement. Contribute to quality customer service through enhanced communication between PCS, Adjuster and Vendor. Simplify the process & offer solutions to meet customer and adjuster needs.The PCS communicates with the Rely vendor on a regular basis with regards to estimate reviews, claim follow ups to keep work progressing, and monthly scorecard results. PCS also ensure that all supporting documentation is uploaded to the Assignments in XactAnalysis. Inside PCS update and maintain SLA report on a regular basis, identifying individual claims that may need to be looked in to further based on key SLA metrics (i.e. estimate return time, overall cycle time, etc.) Inside PCS use the SLA monitoring report and coach the RELY vendor, on a weekly/biweekly basis (scheduling frequency dependant on size of vendor operation and volume of claim intake), to help aid in the improvement of key SLA metrics (estimate return, cycle time, NPS) and estimating. Effectively manage vendor performance on a regular basis and determine if further action may be required (i.e. rehab of the vendor).
