Business Management: Led the development of an enterprise approach to business management (Integrated Account Management)- Defined a future vision for AbbVie UKs business planning approach and associated competency requirements - Developed and agreed a detailed enterprise business planning process for the UK (connecting brand and IFT working)- Worked with brand teams to define \'Ways of Working\' and governance - Developed planning tools that supported the process (Excel, Veeva, Analytics)- Led the successful implementation and ongoing support across all AbbVie UK in field teams - Currently supporting IFMs to drive ongoing business acumen capability vs competency frameworks - UK framework adopted by AbbVie Global. Currently working with Global to define process across other large affiliates and develop future Veeva and analytics capability Engagement Skills and Multi Channel- Development of Multi Channel Engagement Skills framework, skills, competencies and learning content - Blended learner journeys and content to support learners - Upskilling and support of IFMs to develop and coach competencies - Currently working on building a culture of practice and communities of learning across in field teams
