I started my career working to build a channel sales presence in the Public Sector withDell Inc. We spent almost 10 years building a network of partners that allowed us tocontinue our rapid and strategic growth. I learned the value of being a true partner andunderstanding how to meld organizational goals to ensure that each entity felt successful.That is something I took to future stops during my career. Although I have changedindustries many times, I feel like relationship building, strategic thinking, and generalbusiness acumen developed at each career stop has been the key to my successes. I thrive working cross functionally, and absolutely love the strategic aspects it takes to grow abusiness (determining who we are, how to best position ourselves, preparing to launch andscale, execution and efficiency).I have enjoyed each and every career stop I have made. I believe that working in manydifferent industries has taught me the skill of being adaptable. This adaptability comesfrom business experience, setting and achieving goal (growth, profitability, marketreadiness, etc), and working tirelessly to exceed my customers expectations. I have been asuccessful individual contributor, I have built and managed sales and marketing teams. Ihave a long history of meeting and exceeding the goals put in front of me.
