With over 27 years of work experience in the IT industry, I am a passionate and skilled TAM Director at Meriplex, a leading provider of managed services and SD-WAN solutions. I have also led new location design, deployment, management, and consulting projects. Some of the skills that I use daily in my role are Microsoft Virtual Server, Windows Server, and technical support. I am also certified as a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer and a Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator.
