I am a senior operations and transformation leader with over 20 years’ experience delivering complex infrastructure and regulated market programmes across telecoms, energy and utilities.My career has been built at the intersection of technical complexity, commercial pressure and regulatory oversight — environments where disciplined execution directly determines enterprise value.Most recently as Operations Director at Alt HAN Co, I supported the growth of the business from early-stage consultancy into a scaled delivery organisation supporting the UK smart metering programme.I led the design and implementation of the systems, services and operating frameworks required to deploy Alt HAN technology, now installed in over homes.In parallel, I conceived and established the “Crowded Meter Room” service — a specialist offering enabling energy suppliers to deliver smart metering into complex multi-occupancy buildings, unlocking access to homes previously considered technically constrained.My focus was on creating commercially disciplined operating models, aligning regulatory requirements with practical delivery capability, and ensuring scalable performance in a highly regulated market.Across my career I have led £20m+ programme portfolios with responsibility spanning:• P&L ownership and margin performance• Regulatory and stakeholder engagement (Ofgem, Ofcom, DESNZ, DCMS, SECAS)• Large-scale infrastructure and technology deployment• Operational restructuring and performance improvement• Executive and board-level reportingI am at my strongest where strategy must translate into execution — building operating models that are commercially robust, operationally resilient and scalable.With an MBA background and a value-creation mindset, I combine strategic perspective with hands-on delivery grip, comfortable leading through growth, complexity and change.
