15+ years in the Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance Industry. I\'ve specialized in Commercial Lines service and products including Property, Liability, Inland Marine, and Automobile. I\'m well versed in all areas of the P&C industry as I have extensive work experience on both the brokerage (as an Account Executive) and insurer sides of the insurance relationship (as a Senior Underwriter and Supervisor). I also have much experience leading and motivating a team of 10+ people to achieve our team goals and drive for top results. Developing strategic plans to meet long term goals and generating action plans and processes to support these goals is a strength of mine. My operational experience and understanding of customer/client needs allows me to be successful at implementing these measures.
