Provides quality Acquisition Support services, to include contract pre-award, administration, and post-award; acquisition policy development, analysis, and advisement; financial management support services, to include price analysis and invoicing; for the Department of Interior, Acquisition Directorate (DOI-AQD). Perform detailed analysis and evaluation of contracting matters, and the initiation, development and recommendation of contracting policies, procedures, guidance, and control for contracting activities within the DOI. Development of contract documentation such as: Statements of Work/Performance Work Statements (SOW/PWS), market research, acquisition plans, cost estimations, justifications and approvals, and Request for Quotes/Request for Proposals (RFQ/RFP).
