I manage properties in Summerlin, Green Valley, Southwest, Aliante and The Lakes.As a landlord myself, I understand the importance of being informed about my property and making sure it is taken care of professionally.In addition to my years of property management experience, I also have several years of experience on the maintenance side of property management. This has given me a working knowledge of what is required for most maintenance and repairs.To protect our owners and their investments, I’ve carefully selected vendors who are licensed and insured.I’m always up-front with my owners and tell you what you need to hear.I keep you informed about your property and the current rental market, and ensure that we maintain a good working relationship.I’m a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers, and am honored to have received a certificate of achievement in the Emerald Level of Century 21′s Masters Program, an exclusive recognition program for consistent high production, quality service and dedication.I look forward to working with you.
