As part of Bose Health Applied Research, manage a small team of interdisciplinary research engineers spanning both Health product categories of hearing aids and sleep devices. Responsible for leading Bose Health Sleep research portfolio requiring resource planning and project definitions, communicating intent and results to high level stakeholders and driving output into next generation products. In addition, act as project lead for next generation hearing aid research focused on mechanical and acoustic system integration for scaling next generation hearing aid prototypes. Lead innovative solutions for unique problems related to device form, fit and maintenance involving mechanical design, material selection and user testing.
