I’m privileged to have had a storied career with Comcast. But my roots are very blue-collar. I grew up in the city of Baltimore and that experience shaped my leadership philosophy. It taught me to see the possibilities in others and gave me the ability to take things that are a bit rough around the edges and transform them. During my career at Comcast, I’ve been sent to places that are broken and been asked to fix them. Because I have a reputation for taking action and making decisions.
