My work spans large-scale system transformations, operational overhauls, and hyperscale AI data centre programmes - the onboarding, commissioning, and delivery complexity that surrounds infrastructure at that scale.These are the kinds of programmes where the stakes are high, the timelines are tight, and the tolerance for uncertainty is zero.What I bring isn\'t a methodology deck and a discovery phase. It\'s pattern recognition, fast diagnosis, and the ability to make pragmatic decisions under pressure - then see them through.Companies come to me in two situations:They\'re launching something complex and want a safe pair of hands from day one.
