ABOUT CHRIS ORDONEZ

As Sales Director, I take on new industry challenges and drive business growth for Integrity Facility Solutions. I am a results-oriented professional with a passion for building relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, and exceeding revenue targets. With my experience in sales, customer service, and business operations I have developed strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. I am able to effectively communicate our value proposition and build strong relationships with customers, partners, and vendors. I am also skilled in identifying customer needs and developing tailored solutions that meet their unique requirements. Thanks to my background in operations, I have been on the ground firsthand to oversee janitorial processes and how they are properly caried out. I truly understand the industry standard on \"clean\". In my current role, I am responsible for managing a team of sales professionals and developing and implementing sales strategies that drive revenue growth. I work closely with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities, develop pricing strategies, and build strong relationships with customers. In addition to my experience in sales and customer service, I hold a Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration and have completed various professional development courses in sales, marketing, and leadership. Never satisfied, I am committed to learning, growing, long lasting customer relationships, and delivering beyond exceptional results for IFS, my team, and most importantly my customers.
