We operate scenic, educational, and private cruises on Lough Erne — with a focus on Devenish Island and the surrounding heritage and wildlife.Key Responsibilities: • Managing a fleet of vessels, including MV Kestrel and Kingfisher private hire. • Coordinating tour schedules, staff rotas, and logistics across peak and off-peak seasons. • Developing and delivering premium visitor experiences for tourists, schools, corporate groups, and private events. • Handling business development, marketing, budgeting, and customer engagement strategies. • Maintaining safety, compliance, and crew training in line with maritime standards.
