I have over 12 year\'s experience working in the health and fitness industry as a personal trainer on a 1 to 1 basis and group fitness instruction. I also have over 8 year\'s experience working as a Physical Activity Lead and Mental Health Therapist in the nhs where I have successfully implemented the use of exercise and lifestyle changes to help people with severe mental health illnesses and the associated physical health conditions. I offer 1 to 1 and group personal training services in a private studio, home and outdoor environments. I also offer businesses health promotion and exercise sessions in the workplace to improve staff health and wellbeing.
