Chris, a retired Navy Senior Enlisted Leader, is an HR professional with over 25 years of comprehensive human resource management experience including recruitment, employment, selection, retention, and training and development. He currently serves as Cajun Industries, LLC Manager of Workforce Development. In this role he has created partnership with Technical Schools, Community Colleges, High Schools, Craft Training centers and transitioning veterans providing career employment and training opportunities in the industrial construction industry. Chris is a special advisor to the National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER) and Build Your Future (BYF) campaign. In this capacity he has worked specifically with the organization and veterans on careers in the construction industry and is spokesman for employers looking to hire veterans. Chris received his degree in Construction Management from Louisiana State University and a Master\'s Degree from Tulane University. He holds a Human Resources Management certification from AMA, is a Certified Personnel Consultant and holds the Command Career Counselor and Recruiting and Classification Navy Enlisted Classification Codes. He is a qualified National Center for Construction Education and Research Master Trainer.
