My practice focuses on several core areas and the intersections thereof, including forming private investment funds, representing institutional investors allocating capital into alternative asset classes, representing emerging growth companies in all aspects from formation through exit, counseling universities on the commercialization of intellectual property created on their campuses, and representing buyers and sellers in all aspects of M&A activity. When necessary, I will utilize my experience in the foregoing to help clients understand applicable federal and state regulatory frameworks as well as deal with business disputes and related litigation.
