I am proud of the relationships, accomplishments, and experiences gained across 3 years at SLATE and 32 years at the Ford Motor Company. The evolving global supply chain roles pushed me and gave me challenging environments in which to mature strengths: creating and managing global organizations, fostering relationships, and driving commodity cost/sourcing strategies. I enjoy simplifying problems, finding and working through barriers, developing my teams, working across functions, delivering management support or approvals for my teams, and working with external partnerships to solve quality, capacity, supply constraint, growth, distress, legal, cost management, and financial challenges. I truly enjoyed managing direct reports and teams in Dearborn, Germany, UK, India, China, Brazil, Argentina, and Turkey.
