Including, Mechanical, Software, Electrical, and Materials EngineersEnsure that all activities are efficient and maximize parallel work that can be successfully integrated.Work so closely with the engineers that there is often a chance for me to jump in and help out as needed. I\'m very used to getting my hands dirty. Work with marketing team and users to help translate customer and marketing requirements into well defined design and engineering requirements to help drive the product development. Well experienced in identifying areas of risk within a project and forming a strategy to mitigate the risk. Give technical guidance and be a leader to various engineering disciplines including Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Design, Software UI / UX, firmware and applications engineers.Conduct design reviews to ensure risk is reduced and requirements are being met. Flexible as needed with different projects as every project requires slightly different things. Schedule projects that have a high degree of complexity. Current approach is a 4 phased approach from Project definition, to concept generation through design and build / test. All the way up through transfer to manufacturing. Activities to schedule out often include:Design activitiesDocumentation activitiesregulatory and prep for testingbuild activitiesintegration between the different disciplines. ie mechanical integration with firmwareBudget and track expenses relating to projects.Help encourage and foster a positive work atmosphere where employees can be effective, successful and find satisfaction in their work.
