About Chris Morin
We’re building an AI orchestration system that makes LLMs predictable, controllable, and production-ready for product owners and senior engineering teams.LLMs are powerful but probabilistic. Most tools treat them as black boxes—leading to fragile systems, wasted tokens, and outputs that don’t converge. That’s fine for prototyping. It doesn’t work for real products. Our system places LLMs inside a deterministic control layer with a Test Driven Development core: recursive task decomposition, multi-model delegation, context freezing, and continuous optimization of cost, quality, tokens, and failure rates. An additional stochastic variance compression layer reduces reliance on prompt engineering, enabling users to give the greatest degree of abstract intent, translated into reliable, repeatable outcomes, even as the models change underneath.At its core, this work is about preparing for increasing AI capability by embedding safety, reliability, and resource efficiency directly into how models are orchestrated. Our system addresses the problem that highly capable AI is likely to attempt to override naive constraints, ensuring guardrails and standards are respected without limiting performance.I’m a non-technical founder with a background in early-stage tech startups and U.S. Special Operations, where operating under uncertainty and strict constraints is the norm and balancing speed versus reliability is an everyday problem. That experience put me on a path to building AI systems that prioritize reliability, control, and real-world execution.I’m a generalist and a builder who enjoys working with ambitious teams solving hard problems.Outside of work, I enjoy exploring the world.
